What the code gets you in Canada
Canada sits in the same North American reward tier as the US: three months of FSD (Supervised) on Model 3, Model Y and eligible Cybertruck, applied to the car rather than the price. The link mechanics are identical on Tesla's Canadian store — what differs across the border is the incentive stack, and in 2026 that changed substantially.
Model S / Model X: Model S and Model X are not part of the referral program.
What that reward is actually worth in Canada
As in the US the reward is a software trial, so its value is personal rather than arithmetic. The number worth doing the maths on in Canada is the federal rebate below, which is an order of magnitude larger.

Canada EV incentives that stack with the code
None of the schemes below affect referral eligibility, or vice versa. Statuses are dated because several change mid-year.

The amount steps down by year: $5,000 in 2026, $4,000 in 2027, $3,000 for 2028–29, $2,000 in 2030 — so the cost of waiting a year is $1,000, which is worth weighing against delivery timing. Ordering in Canada: the thing that actually catches people out
The under-$50,000 final-transaction-value test for EVAP is the thing to check before you configure, not after: paint, wheels and delivery fees all count toward it, so a trim that qualifies in the base configuration can fail once options are added. The referral benefit is unaffected either way.
