Why the Model S isn't eligible
When Tesla reworked the referral program in March 2026, it narrowed buyer benefits to Model 3, Model Y and eligible Cybertruck configurations. Model S was removed, so entering a code on a Model S order does nothing for the buyer.
What you can still do
- Check your country's EV incentives — government rebates and tax breaks are separate from the referral program and may still apply.
- If you're open to a Model 3 or Model Y, those do get 3 months of free FSD with a code.
